Shipping Policy

1) Processing & Dispatch

  1. Order processing: 24–48 hours (Mon–Sat, business days).
  2. Dispatch window: Orders placed after 18:00 IST are processed the next business day.
  3. Origin: Asansol, West Bengal, India.
  4. Exceptions: Delays may occur during festivals/peak sale periods or due to courier capacity, weather, or regional restrictions.

2) Delivery Timelines (India)

  1. Metros: 3–5 business days after dispatch
  2. Non-metros: 5–7 business days after dispatch
  3. Timelines are estimates; remote pincodes may take longer depending on courier network.


3) Shipping Fees

  1. Free Pan-India Shipping on all prepaid orders.
  2. COD (if enabled): A small COD convenience fee may apply and will be shown at checkout. Availability varies by pincode.

4) Order Tracking

  1. Tracking details are shared byemail/SMS once your order is dispatched.
  2. You can also track anytime via Help Centre → Track My Order using your Order ID + Email/Phone.

5) Address Changes & Delivery Attempts

  1. Need to edit your address? Email [email protected] before dispatch with your Order ID and corrected address.
  2. If the courier misses you, they typically attempt redelivery or will contact you.

6) Non-Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)

    If a parcel returns due to incomplete address, multiple failed attempts, or refusal on delivery:

  1. We’ll contact you to reship (additional charges may apply) or process a refund to the original payment method (less any COD fee if charged).
  2. For COD orders, repeated non-deliveries may limit future COD eligibility.

7) Pincode & COD Eligibility

  1. Serviceability and COD availability are decided by courier partners and will be shown at checkout.
  2. Some areas may be prepaid-only or non-serviceable for COD.

8) Packaging & Handling

  1. Products are packed in tamper-evident outer packaging.
  2. If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered, please refuse delivery and email us immediately with photos: [email protected].

9) Split Shipments

  1. If an item is temporarily unavailable, we may split the order and ship available items first; you’ll receive separate tracking updates.

10) Holidays & Force Majeure

  1. Dispatch and deliveries are paused on national/public holidays and Sundays (courier dependent).
  2. Delays beyond our control (weather, strikes, regulatory checks) will be communicated where possible.

11) International Shipping

  1. Not available at the moment. We currently ship within India only.
