Both are cold-pressed and free from sulfates, parabens, mineral oil and synthetic fragrance.
The oil is richer and made for an unhurried weekly wash-day ritual. The elixir is lightweight, absorbs quickly and leaves no residue, so it suits the days in between. Both are for external use by adults; patch-test first.
